Indoor Air Quality Monitoring

Monitoring indoor air quality (IAQ) can help ensure employee health, comfort, and productivity. Poor air quality is linked to various health issues, so keeping air quality in check is crucial.

Deploy IAQ sensors across the office to measure:

  • Temperature and Humidity: High humidity can make the office feel uncomfortable, while low levels can lead to dryness and discomfort.

  • CO2 Levels: Excessive CO2 can lead to drowsiness and decreased productivity.

  • VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): Harmful compounds released from office furniture, cleaning products, and equipment can degrade air quality.

Sensors should be positioned strategically in high-traffic areas, meeting rooms, and near HVAC systems. Data can be processed in real-time to adjust ventilation rates dynamically, send alerts, or provide periodic updates on office conditions.

Desk Occupancy Sensors

Desk occupancy sensors support flexible seating arrangements by letting employees know which desks are available. Our real time dashboard and historic data provide valuable data on space utilization.

A combined PIR and thermopile sensor will be used to determine if a desk is occupied.

We can position desk occupancy sensors under the desks and integrate them with our web app. Employees can easily find open desks without wasting any time.

Smart Wall Sockets

Smart wall sockets help conserve energy by cutting off power to devices during non-occupied hours. This reduces the energy footprint and cuts down on utility costs.

These can be programmed to cut power based on schedules, occupancy data, or office hours.

Set up this device for commonly used devices, such as computers, printers, monitors, and office appliances. Integrate these plugs with occupancy sensors to ensure devices power down when rooms are not in use, improving energy efficiency.

Occupancy Sensors in Meeting Rooms

Occupancy sensors help monitor meeting room usage, prevent double bookings, and optimize room availability.

Infrared, ultrasonic, or AI based occupancy sensors can detect when a room is occupied. These sensors feed data into our application to adjust room bookings in real time.

Install sensors in each meeting room with our custom built reservation system. The system can automatically release a room if no occupancy is detected after a booked start time, increasing availability and preventing resource wastage.
